The seven countries that participated in this conference were China, South Korea, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia involving more than 60 participants who presented abstracts on ethnomusicology.<\/p>\n<p>IC-APSE 2017 Expert Council, Prof. Dr. Victor Ganap, M.Ed., said, holding this conference at ISI Yogyakarta has many advantages such as introducing to the world that ethnomusicology does not only study music issues but involves many things such as dance, puppetry, theater, fine arts, and crafts.
