Students of the Performing Arts Education Department again made proud achievements in the national arena. The band group named SYMPHONY BLEND consisting of Kurnia Dwi Marandtika Agustin (vocals), Klementinus Jeckson R.L (vocals), Aldi Triatmaja (guitar), Georgeos Bima Aprianto (bass), Salwa Atika Sari (keyboard), and Eky Trisnawati (drums) won 2nd place in the SICMANESIA event: National Student Music Competition organized by UKM Musik Sicma Yogyakarta State University (UNY) on July 27, 2025 online.
The competition brought together young musicians from various universities across Indonesia in a cover band format. Performing Arts Education students managed to attract the attention of the jury with creative arrangements and solid musicality, reflecting integrated art learning between practice and collaboration.
This achievement is a testament to the commitment and dedication of students in developing their artistic potential while making the institution proud at the national level.
