Visit of SMK N 12 Surabaya to the Music Study Program of the Faculty of Performing Arts ISI Yogyakarta

Sewon, Bantul. Yogyakarta - A few days ago, on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, the Music Study Program of the Faculty of Performing Arts, Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta had guests from SMK N 12 Surabaya. The school is one of the best art schools in Surabaya. It was at this school that Salma Salsabil, the winner of Indonesian Idol through her secondary education. Now Salma continues her studies at the Music Presentation Study Program of FSP ISI Yogyakarta.

The guests this time totaled 67 people consisting of 11 teachers and 56 students. The activity in the framework of the industrial visit took place from 10:00 to 12:00 WIB. The group was warmly welcomed by the Dean of FSP and the Head of Music Department and the committee at GKU FSP ISI Yogyakarta.

In welcoming the guests of SMK N 12 Surabaya, the Head of the Music Study Program, Kustap, S.Sn., M.Sn. conveyed the vision, mission and output of the Music Study Program in relation to the industrial world. Not only that, representatives of HMJ Musik and PKM Students also introduced various kinds of student activities in the Music Study Program. Hoping that the material presented will arouse the interest of SMK N 12 Surabaya students to continue their studies in the Music Study Program of FSP ISI Yogyakarta. Sure enough, throwing questions and answers was interesting and very enthusiastic.
