The 38th anniversary of Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta, in collaboration with IKASTISI, features maestro S. Ngaliman Condropangrawit

In the 38th Anniversary Series, the Faculty of Performing Arts of Institut Seni Indonesia collaborated with IKASTISI and the extended family of S. Ngaliman Condropangrawit supported by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, successfully held a Sarasehan, Temu Kangen and Dance Performance by S. Ngaliman Condropangrawit supported by dancers from ISI Surakarta and ISI Yogyakarta.

The event began on July 14, at 09.00-13.00, at the Arena Theater FSP ISI Yogyakarta, with a workshop. Previously there was a tree planting ceremony by Mr. Subkhan Awaludin, S.Kom, M.M, from the Kemenko, PMK. The workshop entitled "Hasta Sawanda in Various Perspectives" was opened with remarks from the host, the Dean of the Faculty of Performing Arts represented by the Assistant Dean II, FSP, Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta, followed by remarks from the Kemenko PMK, Mr. Subkhan Awaludin, S.Kom, M.M. as well as opening the event. The Keynote Speech was Dr. Sal Murgiyanto. The Sarasehan was warmly welcomed by the speakers; Retno Maruti, Wahyu Santosa Prabowo, Blacius Subono, Dr. Bambang Pudjasworo, and Dr. Daryono S. Kar, Stefanus Wiyono, S. Kar. The event was divided into two sessions, the first session was moderated by Dr. Ni Nyoman Sudewi and the second session was moderated by Dr. Sumaryono. The Workshop was attended by participants online (via zoom) and offline.

On the second day, July 15, from 15.30 to 17.30 with the event: "Temu Kangen" of the alumni of ASTI (Academy of Dance) and Dance Department of Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta. A relaxed but meaningful event, meeting old friends, remembering college days, joking around, while planning something quite serious, namely thinking about strategies so that alumni who have not joined can join immediately and then launch a program that contributes positively to our beloved institution.

After dinner together with an intimate and special atmosphere enjoying the Fried Noodle menu, noodles godhog, and drinks Wedang Rondhe. The event continued with a dance performance by S. Ngaliman Condropangrawit.

The special performance that night began with remarks from the host, ISI Yogyakarta Rector, Prof. Dr. M. Agus Burhan, followed by remarks from representatives of the maestro's extended family S. Ngaliman Condropangrawit, represented by Mr. Blacius Subono. The next speech was the representative of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Ahmad Mahendra. M. Trap (Director of Music Film and Media of the Ministry of Education and Culture).

Consecutively presented Beksan Palguna-Palgunadi, Serimpi Gelondong Pring, and Fragment Sembadra Larung. The evening was beautiful, and special, the atmosphere was transported to the past, meditative contemplative, dance after dance hypnotized the audience. The dancers were mesmerizing with total expression and soulfulness, greget, sengguh, sawiji,  and ora mingkuh, They present classical dances that are long enough to require full concentration. The dancers   The event that night from ISI Yogyakarta and ISI Surakarta, looked very familiar to establish friendship, plus the presence of cultural artist figures, and also academics, among others; Retno Maruti, Sentot, Dr. Sal Murgiyanto, Maria Darmaningsih, Dr. Theresia Suharti, Dr. Fx Widaryanto, Prof. Dr. Fx. Y. Sumandiyo Hadi, Dr. Timbul Raharjo, etc.

After the program the dancers perform grand finale, and the audience also came down to the dance area to take pictures of the dancers, the atmosphere was warm, the dancers with the audience, the interaction between fellow audience members seemed to miss each other and that night everyone was satisfied, the longing was relieved, enjoying the offline performance was realized, truly art brought everyone together. The event that night was held online and offline, through the youtube platform the audience from various countries could access and comment positively, on the classical dance performance by S. Ngaliman Condropangrawit. The committee was relieved, all joyful and full of gratitude. The two-day event of Sarasehan, Temu Kangen and Dance performance was successfully held.
