That is the powerful mantra that was planted in the minds of the BEM Management of the Faculty of Performing Arts ISI Yogyakarta by Mr. Bebet Darmawan at his Sanggar Lare Mentes, Towangsan village, Gantiwarno, Klaten on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 evening to night. It feels like 4 hours have passed and apparently it is not complete to absorb the knowledge that invites participants to learn focus and visualization.

to be a knife slashing sweet potatoes...
a piece of paper becomes a knife...
breaking the bottle is just a matter of striking the base of the palm...
It's not about the supernatural but rather how to unite mind, body, and soul...
It's not enough to have a mindset but also a faithset...
What an amazing experience, hopefully inspiring us all.
